4 Ways to Engage Millennials and Gen-Z

Millennials and Gen-Z are changing many parts of business, both as customers and employees. If you’re an entrepreneur or business owner, it’s essential to understand the mindset of the next generation to connect with this new wave of consumers and workers.

Is Your Company’s Problem Complicated? Or Complex?

Complicated problems can be solved using systematic methods, while complex problems need flexible strategies and ongoing learning.

Many leaders mix up these two types of problems because they have more experience with complicated ones, which can make it harder for them to handle complex situations.

TRIVIA ANSWER

The answer is: A) Jingle Bells

On December 16, 1965, astronauts Tom Stafford and Wally Schirra aboard Gemini 6 surprised NASA with a playful rendition of "Jingle Bells." They played it on a harmonica and bells they had smuggled onboard, marking the first time music was played in space. The Smithsonian Institution now holds these instruments as historic artifacts.
