Those little "seeds" on a strawberry are called achenes. An achene is a type of small, dry fruit. The red part of the strawberry that we eat comes from a different part of the flower, not from where the fruit usually grows. So, each "seed" on the outside is actually its own little fruit! That makes strawberries a pretty strange and cool fruit.
