🟠 ‘Flexible’ is Code for ‘Forgettable’

How being too accommodating weakens your value. Boundaries build authority.

In my early days, I would’ve jumped.

Tried to prove I was “easy to work with.”

Because real leadership doesn’t come from being agreeable—it comes from being clear.

Boundaries aren’t barriers.

So I didn’t offer everything.

I offered one thing—something I could deliver with excellence and confidence.

And they respected it.
Because clarity earns trust.

Being accommodating might win attention.
But being decisive wins business.
